M3 provides painting, design services and building construction in Singapore. With over 20 years of experience in the built environment, we have consistently proven our performance through our extensive portfolio of projects, positive client feedbacks and strong forged relationships with our stakeholders.
M3 was established in 2000 and took off as a specialist subcontractor for private and commercial painting works known as M3 Industrial Coating Pte Ltd. M3 has gained a strong foothold in the industry through vast years of experience overseeing painting, redecoration and interior fit-out. In 2002, a new subsidiary M3 Aesthetics Pte Ltd, currently known as Lexicon Builders Pte Ltd, was formed to venture into engineering and construction work in landed properties. We have accomplished many projects ever since.
In 2018, M3 decided to embark on property development based on the opportunities presented in the market. A new subsidiary, SDD & Associates Pte Ltd (SDD) was set up to provide professional architectural design services. We also began to place a larger emphasis on Lexicon for engineering and construction work. Each subsidiary collaborates its resources to yield an efficient Design and Build (D&B) project while optimizing the committed budget set out by clients.
Combining our resources readily allows us to provide flexibility in our D&B service as we venture into developing landed houses. We will continue to seek pride in the projects we deliver and maintain satisfaction of our stakeholders.
M3 is a registered BCA licensed holder of General Builder Class 2, and a registered contractor of General Building C3 and Repairs & Redecoration L2.
